• Domestically you
can refund Lost or Stolen Travellers Cheques from any of the
branches of the local banks which stocks SRTCs or from STCC
directly.
• Internationally you can refund it from the selling bank or
from any American Express offices worldwide.

Encashment: |
|
|
• The
cheques will be encashed in Saudi Arabia with the face
value of the cheque without any charges. And it will
be encashed outside Saudi Arabia according to the
policy of the foreign exchange of the country.

Acceptance: |
|
|
• SRTCs
accepted from all the local banks and money changers
or from the big stores, hotels and some other
establishments within Saudi Arabia.
• Outside the Kingdom the cheque will be accepted from
American Express offices and some other international
banks. |

Collection:
• Commercial Establishment: You can deposit directly the
value of
 the
Travellers Cheque encashed to your account or you can encash it
immediately from any of the bank or money changers after you
register you Name, Postal Address and your Identification Number.
• Financial Institutions: The financial institutions can
get their collection of Saudi Riyal Travellers Cheques directly
from the STCC as per the request for the payment either in Saudi
riyal or in Dollar or from their correspondence bank in Saudi
Arabia.
Supply:
• Local Banks: STCC will supply SRTCs to all local banks
along with proper documentation as per their request.
• International: We will supply SRTCs to all international
banks after such agreement will be signed between the two parties
according to STCC policy and exposure credit limit of the bank
according to the evaluation of the Risk management department of
American Express Travel Related Services.
Incentives:
• STCC will pay SR 1,000/- for each one million Saudi Riyal (SR
1,000,000/-) encashed.
